Typical size guide:
- Small: palm-size or smaller (names, fine line, symbols).
- Medium: forearm/calf pieces, or ~4–6 inch designs.
- Large: sleeves, back pieces, or heavy-detail work requiring multiple hours.

Are you Osage-owned? What does “carded member” mean?
Yes — Everheart Tattoo Co. is Osage-owned. Chris Layman is a carded member of the Osage Nation and take pride in serving Kansas City and the KC metro with clarity, respect, and accountability.
Deposits & refunds
Deposits secure studio time and prep and are non-refundable. Your deposit is always applied to the final total when you attend. With 72+ hours notice, a deposit may be moved once to a new date.
Rescheduling & lateness
Please give at least 72 hours notice to reschedule. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to protect other clients’ time.
Prep & aftercare
Sleep well, hydrate, and avoid sunburn on the area. Eat before your session and wear easy-access clothing. Aftercare instructions will be provided; follow them closely for the best healed result.
Licensing & safety
The studio is licensed and city-inspected. We use single-use needles, hospital-grade disinfection, and maintain transparent processes at every step.
